Your $29.99 annual membership gives you unlimited access to search and download all HOA documents in the OpenHOA Michigan database — CC&Rs, bylaws, budgets, meeting minutes, rules and regulations — for all 83 Michigan counties.
What happens after I pay? ▼
You will receive a welcome email within a few minutes with your login credentials. Log in at openhoa.info and you will have immediate, unlimited access to search and download all documents.
How does renewal work? ▼
Your membership renews automatically each year at $29.99. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — we do not issue refunds for unused portions of your membership term.
What if a document I need is not there yet? ▼
Email us at hello@openhoa.info and we will research and add it within 48 hours if it is publicly available. If you already have the document, attach it and we will add it to the database immediately.
Is it legal to share HOA documents? ▼
Yes. HOA governing documents — CC&Rs, bylaws, meeting minutes, and budgets — must be disclosed during real estate transactions under Michigan law. OpenHOA simply makes already-public documents easier to find.
Can I cancel my membership? ▼
Yes, anytime. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees. Please note we do not issue refunds for unused portions of your membership term.
